Payments, cancellations & refunds
This is a pre-launch policy draft. Kashe Languages is not currently offering active paid products.
Current status
Web payments are being prepared through Kashe World's shared membership service and Stripe sandbox. Google Play integration and new purchases are paused. No real payment can be taken through this app at present. Test membership connections do not grant real paid access.
One membership, separate accounts
When web membership becomes available, you will review the offer in Kashe World, sign in there, and explicitly connect your Kashe Languages account. Matching email addresses do not connect accounts. Your learning progress remains in this app. Connecting or returning from checkout does not prove payment.
Prices and subscriptions
No final web price is published yet. Before any real purchase, the checkout must show the total price, currency, included benefits, term, renewal conditions, cancellation method and refund terms. Membership management will remain in Kashe World. Credit packs are separate from membership and are not currently for sale.
Refunds and learning currency
The final purchase notice will explain refund requests and any digital-delivery acknowledgement before checkout opens. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Points are earned by learning and are never sold. Credits are optional cosmetic currency; they do not improve scores or learning outcomes. Sandbox payments use test funds only.
Disconnecting and deleting accounts
Disconnecting membership does not delete your Dutch progress. Deleting a Kashe Languages account does not delete your separate Kashe World account or cancel its subscription. Manage membership and billing in the account where you purchased it. Existing Google Play purchases, if any, remain managed in Google Play.
